Victoria from Torquay visited for a Friendly Triples Match and they held a lead of 27-34 at half time but Town made another great comeback to pull back 16 shots and win by 63-54.
Keith Baston’s rink led 9-5 at the break and extended the lead to 7 shots in the 2nd half. Kevin Moore’s side was 5-8 down but 6 shots in the last 5 ends turned the tables. Eric Fitch’s trio was involved in a tight match but 4 shots in the last 2 ends gave them a 2 shot win. Tony Walters’ rink was 10 shots down at the break but 7 shots in the last 4 ends reduced the deficit to 5 shots.
