Town held a Games Evening last Friday at Eastern Backway. 10 teams played each other on 5 games made up of shuffleboard, quoits, golf putting, target bowls and bar skittles.
The evening was arranged by Keith and Sandra Brayne. Three of the games were made by Keith in his workshop. After 3 games a break was made for nibbles and refreshment at the bar. The winner was Eric Fitch who won a free drink at the bar. A fine prize for a teetotaller! President Keith Baston thanked Keith and Sandra for a very entertaining evening.
