Town travelled to Totnes for the 1st Leg of the Summers Trophy. Totnes has not been a happy hunting ground in recent seasons and this again proved to be the case.
Details:- Jeff Bailey, Mike Lidstone, Sandra Brayne won 20-8. Peter Hadley, Julie Hadley, Keith Baston lost 16-17. Davd Peters, Steve Ellis, Eric Fitch lost 9-22. Jean Tall, Colin Harvey, Keith Olver lost 7-32.
Totnes won by 79-52 leaving Town a mountain to climb in the return leg as they trailed by 27 shots.
