Town’s Men hosted Stoke Fleming in their 1st home match of the season in the South Hams Triples League. A very tight match ensued with Town coming out on top by 33-28. The rinks had contrasting fortunes in the 2nd half after a 1st half where the visitors held a 2 shot overall lead. Geoff Bulbulian’s rink was 6-8 down at 9 ends but 17 unopposed shots in the next 8 ends gave them a fine victory 23-11. Conversely, Keith Baston’s rink was 9-6 up at 11 ends when the visitors scored 9 shots in the next 5 ends, losing by 7 shots.
