On Monday, Town welcomed Dartmouth in the South Hams Triples League. Things are very tight in the league so Town needed a good result against the leaders and this was duly achieved thanks to a great performance by Eric Fitch’s squad as the visitors were restricted to only one scoring end as Town won by 32-3. However, the other rink, skipped by Keith Baston was leading 6-2 after 4 ends but 14 shots by the visitors in the 2nd half gave them a win by 9 shots. Therefore, Town picked up 4 league points to Dartmouth’s 2.
