The last section of drainage works was completed this week. The previous work on the other half has been very successful and it is hoped that the green will drain more quickly to increase the usage.
The work was organised by Ray Lancaster and David Peters who brought his trenching machine. Many members also gave their time and the weather was fine so the work was completed in 4 days
