Due to fixture congestion it was decided to hold both the Semi-finals and Final on the same afternoon and reduce the number of ends from 16 to 10.
In one Semi-final, Peter Hadley, Ray Lancaster and John Yeabsley beat Sandra Brayne, Julie Hadley and Eric Fitch. In the other, Keith Collins, Keith Brayne and Keith Baston beat Sue Allen, Steve Ellis and Tim Lewis. Both matches were decided on the final end.
In the final the three Keiths prevailed to win the Trophy.
